dr martha lee - international presenter

Curious Creatures is proud to partner with international sexuality educator, Dr Martha Lee from Eros Coaching in Singapore. Dr Lee will be running eight different workshops in Melbourne 2023.
Surrounded by friends who were sexually inhibited and struck by dire lack of positive conversations around sex and sexuality in Singapore, Martha decided to take it upon herself to be an advocate for positive sexuality in 2007. She earned a doctorate in human sexuality, and launched Eros Coaching in 2009. Today, she also has a masters in counseling and remains dedicated to working with individuals and couples to lead self-actualised and pleasure-filled lives.
She has worked with a lot of couples who have an unconsummated marriage, men and women with sexual inhibitions and sexual desire discrepancies, men with erection and ejaculation concerns, GLBTQ people, and kinky folks. A born and bred Singaporean Chinese, Martha welcomes individuals as well as couples of all sexual orientations.
Since 2011, Dr Lee has been (and still is) the only certified sexuality educator by the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT) in Southeast Asia. She strives to be the one of the best sexologists in the world. She takes pride in making sure all her events are fun, educational, and sex-positive! Find out more here including her media appearances, presentations, publications, and testimonies about working with her.
In February and March 2023, Dr Martha Lee is running seven of her popular workshops:

Snuggle Party
There is vast literature of the benefits of hugging and yet we are a touch-deprived society. We are afraid to touch, to ask for touch, and to reach out for the touch we need. This snuggle party is a workshop for adult participants on the art of consensual and boundary-appropriate touch. The premise of cuddle parties is the recognition that the 'need to be held' is very close to and equally vital as more conventionally accepted human needs like thirst, hunger, and sex. We’d like to invite you to come co-create this safe space in which all genders can begin to communicate more authentically and listen profoundly.

The Art of Penis Pleasuring
Welcome to the enchanting world of the penis! Penises come in different sizes, angles, colours, smells and tastes. This clothing-optional and hands-on workshop is open to all genders and orientations. This includes penis-owners who may benefit from learning and understanding more about their own anatomy, and those who want to pleasure them. Let’s demystify this often misunderstood part of sexual anatomy, and get all your questions answered. These are the same techniques taught to clients who have premature ejaculation, delayed ejaculation, and erectile difficulties (not due to a physical nature).

Orgasmic Breath
Your breath is your most intimate companion. Rapid-fire multitasking and work stress can cause your breathing to become shallow, bringing less oxygen to your brain, and contributing to increased blood pressure, and a hyped-up nervous system. To center yourself on the intimate moment at hand and invigorate your mind, you just need to breathe. Taking conscious breathing breaks is one of the easiest things you can do to shift your experience and make it more fulfilling. By the end of this session, you will be able to demonstrate four different types of breath: Charging Breath, Relaxing Breath, Circular Breath and Step Breath.

Orgasmic Yoga
Orgasmic Yoga (term invented by Dr Joseph Kramer who created the Sexological Bodywork certification) is not at all like common forms of yoga; rather, it’s an embodiment practice that involves pleasurable, intimate, and transformative elements that individuals, couples, and groups can do while sexually aroused. It is not about complicated steps or awkward poses, but is rather an exploration of your body involving the use of pelvic floor squeezes, breath, movement, sound, touch and intention.
